Terms of Service

By accessing or using the VEO3 API and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VEO3 API to generate video content. You agree to comply with all documentation and usage guidelines provided by us.

To use the Services, you must register for an account and obtain an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your API key or any other breach of security.

Access to the VEO3 API requires credits. The number of credits required per API request is described on our pricing and documentation pages and may change as set out below.

Credit validity. Credits (including purchased credits, promotional credits, and free or bonus credits) are not permanent. For each grant or purchase of credits, we guarantee that those credits will remain available in your account for at least thirty (30) days from the date we credit them to your account ("Minimum Validity Period"). After the Minimum Validity Period ends, we may, in our sole discretion, expire, forfeit, reduce, or remove any unused credits, with or without notice and without liability to you. We make no commitment that credits will remain available beyond the Minimum Validity Period; they may continue longer, or they may not. You are responsible for using credits within a timeframe that meets your needs. Except as required by applicable law, unused or expired credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Pricing and credit economics. We may change our prices, fees, credit packages, the number of credits charged per request or per feature, discounts, and any other commercial terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes may apply immediately to new purchases and to subsequent usage. Your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services. Except where prohibited by law, we are not obligated to honor prior pricing or credit rates for future purchases or usage.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where we are required by applicable law to provide a remedy. Nothing on our website or in documentation overrides this section if there is a conflict.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all underlying software, technology, and documentation. You retain all rights to the text prompts you provide and the video content generated by you using the Services, subject to the rights of any third-party content.

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Generating content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or otherwise discover the source code of the Services.
• Reselling or redistributing the Services without our express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

In no event shall VEO3, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page. Commercial terms (including pricing and credit rules) may also change as described in Section 4, which may take effect even before this page is updated. Where required by law, we will provide any additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
